Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Vermont Recreational Surfacing & Fencing Inc., Barnet, VT, for guardrail replacement in Maintenance District 2 along NH 10 (Tier 3) in Newport, Croydon, and Grantham, on the basis of a low bid of $1,112,389. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $55,619.45 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 24, 2021. 97% Federal, 3% Other Funds.
