Authorize to retroactively exercise a renewal option and amend an agreement with Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker LLC, Portland, ME (originally approved by G&C on 10-31-18, item #53), to provide the DRA with Periodic Project Health Assessments of the next generation Revenue Information Management System project, with no change to the price limitation of $360,000, and extending the completion date from October 31, 2020 to October 31, 2021.
