Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a retroactive lease extension with the Society for the Protection of NH Forests (Forest Society) of Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-22-06, late item A), for Forest Society property adjacent to Monadnock State Park known as Monadnock Reservation and Gap Mountain Reservation, for an annual payment equal to the gross proceeds from fees collected at the Old Toll Road trailhead in the previous fiscal year minus any direct expenses. Effective upon G&C approval from February 1, 2021 through February 1, 2022. 100% Other Funds (Agency Income).
