Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with D.E.W Construction Corp, Manchester, NH, for the Construction and Operations Facility, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $6,417,498. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $500,000 for unanticipated modifications, bringing the total to $6,917,498. (3)Further authorize the amount of $95,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $7,012,498. Effective upon G&C approval through April 1, 2022. 100% Capital-General Funds.
