Authorize to amend a sole source contract with Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management, Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 12/20/23, Item #114), for services related to the analysis and reporting of economic impacts for the Environmental Protection agency “Climate Pollution Reduction Grant” program by extending the project completion date from January 31, 2026 to August 31, 2027, increasing the contract amount by $112,500 from $143,000 to $255,500 and revising the Scope of Services to include additional tasks. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
