Description

Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Katherine O’Connor, Hooksett, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2-6-19, item #9), to provide compliance investigation services for the Women, Infant and Children’s (WIC) Program, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price by $15,000 from $13,750 to $28,750 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
