Description
Authorize to retroactively amend existing contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated February 10, 2021 (originally approved by G&C on 9-18-19, item #20A), to provide evidence-based prevention services for children up to age 18 who are exposed to adverse childhood experiences as a result of opioid misuse, by increasing the total price by $49,590 from $600,000 to $649,590 and by extending the completion dates from September 29, 2020 to September 29, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
