Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively amend a contract with McFarland-Johnson Inc (originally approved by G&C on 9-20-18, item #30), to perform the design services for improvements to a five-mile section of NH Route 108 in the cities of Dover, Somersworth, and Rochester, by increasing the total amount payable by $25,678.24 from $1,416,424.37 to $1,442,102.61, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
