Authorize the Bureau of Materials and Research to enter into a sole source service agreement with NETZSCH Instruments North America LLC, Burlington, MA, for the purpose of providing repair, calibration, maintenance, and services required to support the Department’s use of two Malvern Kinexus Dynamic Shear Rheometers.
