Authorize to retroactively accept and expend funds in the amount of $705,055 received from the NH Department of Health and Human Services, to provide State Opioid Response funding for substance use disorder case management services, medication assisted treatment, treatment referrals, transitional services to community resources upon release, and post re-entry community care for the residents of the NH Department of Corrections. Effective January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Grants to Other Agency. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on March 19, 2021.
