Authorize the Office of Workforce Opportunity to amend a sole source memorandum of understanding with the NH Department of Education, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #169), for the delivery of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act employment services for eligible youth by decreasing the price limitation by $3,800,000 from $7,600,000 to $3,800,000 and changing the completion date from June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
