Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Claremont Learning Partnership, Claremont, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/8/23, Item #9, archived document ), to add funding for the provision of the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program, Continuum of Care, Transitional Housing and Rapid Rehousing Projects, per Federal requirements, by increasing the price limitation by $12,039 from $1,086,933 to $1,098,972 with no change to the contract completion date of September 30, 2029. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
