Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract between the NH Department of Education (NH DOE) and NH Jobs for America’s Graduates (originally approved by G&C on 6-21-17, item #137A), by reassigning the State Agency from the NH DOE to the NH Department of Business and Economic Affairs, Office of Workforce Opportunity, with no change to the price limitation. (2)Further authorize the Department of Business and Economic Affairs to make advanced monthly payments for services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
