Authorize consideration of whether the petition of Kelly Lynch (age 43) requesting a pardon hearing for the offense of Theft by Unauthorized Taking should be granted. The petitioner is seeking a commutation of her sentence. The petitioner is not eligible for an annulment until 10 years from the date of her release. The petitioner is currently serving a 1.5 to 3 year sentence at the NH State Prison for Women and her minimum sentence is up on February 27, 2021.
