Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment with Thales DIS USA, Inc., Austin, TX (originally approved by G&C on 6/10/15, Item #111), by increasing the price limitation by $85,952 from a total of $7,527,333 to a total of $7,613,285 to pay the remaining invoices for the production of drivers licenses and other State issued credentials on the contract that expired January 31, 2025.
