Authorize the Division for Children, Youth and Families to accept and expend the Promoting Safe and Stable Families – Family First Transition Act Grant award in the amount of $148,290. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. (2)Further authorize to establish three full-time temporary positions: two Program Specialist IV, labor grade 25, and one Program Specialist III, labor grade 23 utilizing funds from the Promoting Safe and Stable Families – Family First Transition Act Grant award. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. Fiscal Committee approved.
