Authorize to enter into a retroactive memorandum of understanding with the NH Department of Corrections, Concord, NH, in the amount of $1,060,366 for the provision of services for opioid use disorder case management re-entry, to provide Naloxone kits and related instruction available to individuals re-entering the community from any correctional facility or State-run transitional housing; and to provide medication assisted treatment to individuals in correctional facilities with opioid use disorder. Effective January 1, 2021 through September 29, 2021, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
