Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Daniel F. Jones, MD, Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 2-10-16, item #18), for the provision of pathologist services to satisfy the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments requirement for a Laboratory Director, by exercising a renewal option by increasing the price by $67,500 from $171,500 to $239,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 100% General Funds.
