Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with The NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #43), for the ongoing provision of a Rapid Re-Housing, Permanent Housing Program serving NH individuals and households who are fleeing domestic violence, through the Federal Continuum of Care Program, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price by $247,380 from $495,444 to $742,824 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2022. Effective July 1, 2021 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later. 100% Federal Funds.
