Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with DeStefano Family Trust, Laconia, NH, for the use of state-owned railroad property in Laconia, NH, along Lake Winnipesaukee, in the amount of $9,242.50. Effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025.
