Description
Authorize the Division of State Police to exercise a retroactive renewal option of the sole source contract with Concord Hospital, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/22/22, Item #114), for the provision of drawing of blood services as requested by law enforcement for legal purposes by increasing the price limitation by $20,000 from $30,000 to $50,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 34% General Funds, 41% Highway Funds, 25% Turnpike Funds
