Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program to award a grant to the City of Laconia, NH, in the amount of $500,000 on behalf of Laconia Housing and Redevelopment Authority to support the affordable housing rehabilitation projects at Sunrise Towers and the Sunrise House in Laconia, NH. Effective March 3, 2021 through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
