Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to transfer all of the State’s remaining interest in an approximately 0.61+/- acre area of abandoned rail corridor, known as the Lakeport Branch of the Boston and Main Railroad, to the City of Rochester for a transportation enhancement project. (2)Further authorize to accept an administrative fee of $1,100.
