Authorize the Division of State Police to retroactively accept and expend $98,000 of federal pass through funds from the Office of Highway Safety, entitled NH State Police Virtual Private Network Installation, to provide assistance to departments in designing, configuring, and deploying a VPN solution. Effective October 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. 100% Agency Income.
