Description
Authorize the Division of Fire Safety, Office of the State Fire Marshal to enter into Memorandums of Understanding with the Keene Fire Department Hazardous Materials Team and the Seacoast Technical Assistance Response Team to provide an emergency hazardous materials response for an amount not to exceed a cumulative limit of $80,000 per fiscal year for all FMO’s Hazmat MOU’s. Effective upon G&C approval through October 21, 2021. 52.5% Revolving, 47.5% General Funds.
