Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend the grant agreement with the University of NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-20, item #174), by increasing the grant by $3,836 from $20,000 to $23,836 to include additional costs associated with the Emergency Operations Center Equipment Project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
