Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Environmental Services, Water Division Dam Bureau, Concord, NH, in the amount of $1,040,000 to complete engineering and designs for two dams considered to be high hazard. Effective upon G&C approval through September 26, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
