Description

Authorize to enter into a subgrant with the NH Department of Corrections, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $218,400 from the US Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Prison Rape Elimination Act for the purposes of improving the prevention, identification, and response mechanisms that reduce incidences of sexual abuse within NH correctional facilities. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
