Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with All States Construction Inc., Sunderland, MA, for roadway resurfacing on four sections in five towns in Districts 2 and 4, on the basis of a low bid of $3,212,635.22. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $160,631.76 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 10, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
