Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with Correia Girls Realty Trust, Laconia, NH, for the use of State-owned railroad property in Laconia, NH, along Lake Winnipesaukee, in the amount of $26,477.50. Effective January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2025, and access the one-time administrative fee of $1,100.
