Authorize to accept General Funds, not to exceed $95,343 from funds not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of supplanting other funds appropriated for Committee expenses, including compensation of public members of the Committee, compensation to state agencies for their representatives on the committee, compensation to the Department of Justice for costs associated with representation by Counsel for the Public, and operating costs of the Committee. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% General Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 19, 2021.
