Description
Authorize to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $228,184 from the US Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA), NH Department of Corrections PREA Improvement Project for the purpose of improving the prevention, identification, and response mechanisms that reduce incidences of sexual abuse within NH correctional facilities. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 19, 2021.
