Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Technical Assistance Collaborative Inc., Boston, MA, to provide assistance with developing and submitting the annual US Department of Housing and Urban Development Continuum of Care Program, as well as developing a Continuum of Care system and Coordinated Entry System, and conducting general homeless system assessments, in the amount of $21,000. Effective December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2021, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
