Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with J Hutchins Inc., Richmond, VT, for resurfacing of US 302 and NH 25, on the basis of a low bid of $2,537,354.71. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $126,867.74 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the contract. Effective upon G&C approval through September 24, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
