Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with C.W. Sliter & Sons LLC d/b/a CWS Fence & Guardrail Co., Andover, NH, for replacement and repair of guardrail systems along the Turnpike facilities, on the basis of a low bid of $655,221. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $32,761.05 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 22, 2021. 100% Turnpike Funds.
