Bumgarner M.D., Phoenix, AZ, as a substitute medical examiner, for a total not to exceed $14,000, to aid the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for the period of February 14-20, 2021. Effective upon G&C approval through April 1, 2021. 100% General Funds.
