Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing agreements with the Grantees as detailed in the letter dated August 28, 2025 (originally approved by G&C on 9/20/23, Item #30) to continue providing community based services and anti-poverty programs to eligible individuals and families, by exercising grant renewal options and increasing the total price limitation by $6,758,491 from $8,020,869 to $14,779,360 and extending the completion dates from September 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
