Description
Authorize to retroactively amend an existing sole source agreement with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-24-18, item #9), for the continued provision of peer recovery support services and parenting education for pregnant women and parents in recovery, by exercising a renewal option, by increasing the price by $2,585,186 from $1,910,735 to $4,495,921 and by extending the completion date from September 29, 2020 to September 29, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
