Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with HIV/HCV Resource Center Inc., Lebanon, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #76), to continue providing community based harm reduction services and supports related to opioid use to individuals, by increasing the price by $36,932 from $146,136 to $183,068 and by extending the completion date from November 30, 2020 to August 31, 2021`. 100% Federal Funds.
