Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Modern Protective Coatings Inc., Hudson, NH, for painting of four steel beam bridges on I-93 at three sites in Concord, Ashland and Campton, on the basis of a low bid of $1,589,300. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $79,465 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through December 17, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
