Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with L&D Safety Marking Corp., Barre, VT, for constructing permanent pavement markings within the I-93 corridor, on the basis of a low bid of $710,153.80. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $35,507.69 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 27, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
