Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with GMI Asphalt LLC, Belmont, NH, for pavement resurfacing of Tier 2 roadways in District 3, on the basis of a low bid of $1,410,285.66. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $70,514.28 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 27, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
