Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for resurfacing of Tier 2 roadways in three towns in District 5, on the basis of a low bid of $8,249,696.87. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $412,484.84 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 23, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
