Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell 0.06 +/- of an acre of State-owned land on the northeasterly side of Acorn Lane at the corner of Woodbury Ave in the Town of Pelham. The sale would be directly to the abutter, Nathan Boutwell (Grantee), for $2,600 which includes an $1,100 administrative fee. Originally purchased with 89% Federal, 11% Highway Funds.
