Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for pavement resurfacing along the Central Turnpike system, on the basis of a low bid of $8,263,284.91. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $247,898.55 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 17, 2021. 100% Turnpike Funds.
