Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively amend a contract with McFarland-Johnson Inc., Concord NH and Binghamton, NY, to prepare the second phase of the preliminary engineering design for the section of Interstate 93 passing through Bow and Concord from I-89 through I-393, by increasing the amount payable by $593,435.24 from $1,906,103.65 to $2,499,538.89 for additional design services, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2020 to June 30, 2022. 100% Turnpike Funds.
