Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an Operating Agreement with the New England Central Railroad Inc., Rochester, NY for the use of the state-owned Northern Railroad Line in Lebanon, NH, for freight railroad service. Effective upon G&C approval through January 31, 2031, with a provision for renewal for an additional 10-year period through January 31, 2041.
