Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with CADY, Inc., Plymouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/4/24, Item #11), for the continued administration of the Getting to Y (youth) substance misuse prevention program, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $430,000 from $550,000 to $980,000 and extending the completion date from September 29, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Effective September 30, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
