Description
Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Health and Human Services, to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment with MatrixCare Inc., Bloomington, MN (originally approved by G&C on 4-23-14, item #34E), for the purpose of continued hosting, operations, support and maintenance for both the Glencliff Electronic Health Records Enhancement system and the NH Hospital’s MealTracker system, by increasing the price by $93,024 from $190,269 to $283,293, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2023. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: the agency Class 27 used by DHHS to reimburse DoIT for this contract is 60% Federal, 40% Other Funds.
