Authorize the Division of Enforcement and Licensing to retroactively amend the accept and expend funds in the amount of $19,726 from the Governors Highway Safety Association (originally approved by G&C on 3-25-20, item #40), as part of a national initiative specifically earmarked at training more Police Officers in the detection and apprehension of alcohol and/or drug impaired motorists, by extending the end date from September 29, 2020 to September 29, 2021. No Additional Funding.
